CONSAERO has been mandated as lease manager for one B737-800 leased to Eastern Airlines, Miami,U.S.

CONSAERO GmbH re-marketed one B737-800, MSN 36881, on behalf of AirBerlin PLC & Co. Luftverkehrs KG (“AB”) to Eastern Airlines (“EAL”) by way of a sub-lease. The aircraft was delivered to EAL on February 4, 2016.

In addition CONSAERO Projectmanagement GmbH (a 100 % subsidiary of CONSAERO GmbH) was retained to support AB to manage the sub-leased B737-800 aircraft to EAL from a technical and commercial perspective during the 66 months lease term. EAL was founded in 2015 and has 5 B737NG aircraft in commercial operation. The carrier has also 10 B737Max on order.
